I would like to inquire into the status of GR_CA00564, formerly Criminal Case No. 53,790-04 which was forwarded to your office by the Regional Trial Court, 11th Judicial Region, Branch 16, Davao City.
The RTC decision, signed by Presiding Judge Emmanuel C. Carpio, indicates that ". . .accused Ronnie Degamo is hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate Sentence of six (6) years and one (1) day, prision mayor as minimum, to twelve (12) years and one (1) day, reclusion temporal, as maximum."
Ronnie Degamo's victim in this case was my brother , Erick John Balayon Rico.
Please let me know by return e-mail, at your earliest convenience, what I can do to move the case forward.
